The COREMATIC is new device that will allow your sheet/ winder crew to safely reduce the used core problem on your production floor. Its operation is quick and simple: At each roll change your crewman takes the discarded core, places it in the nearby COREMATIC and hits the switch. He is then free to perform another task while the COREMATIC automatically does the work, splitting the core into four equal sections with a single stroke, in less then fifteen seconds. You’ll save time and money by letting your existing personnel handle the job of care waste.

COREMATIC CORE SPLITTERS are supplied complete, requiring only 110 VAC and 80 psig air pressure. Each COREMATIC is sold with a spare set of knives and knife holders. Blades are easily changed in minutes. Adapter kits are sold separately to convert your COREMATIC to split different diameters.
